Time for a(nother) change

July 6, 2009 |  by  |  Announcements  |  Share

Mother City Living has had a revamp.  Another revamp.  I know it wasn’t so long since the last change, but I really wanted something that had a bit of a magazine-style feel to it, because that is, in a way, what it has become, rather than a casual blog.

The new template makes the content more accessible, and whilst there is still work to be done on fine-tuning it, I really like how it’s turned out!

Obviously, with any big change, there are likely to be glitches, but I’m hoping to get them all ironed out as soon as time allows.

As you’ll see, I have (finally) signed up for Twitter… as a way of broadcasting some of the amazing things I find on my green and culinary explorations of the Mother City.  It’s also useful for sharing interesting, applicable links fellow greenies might find useful and/or entertaining.

So, there you go.  Feel free to comment below if you have any strong opinions about the new look!

(PS: if you’re not seeing any changes, you might need to refresh a few times as there are likely to be cache issues)

  1. Congratulations on your new-look blog!!

It looks great and is much easier to navigate. Just don’t ever change the content… I am quite a fan of Mother City Living!

Keep up the incredible work you’re doing…

    Regards from a reader,
    Chez

  2. Thanks, Chez! Luckily, the new format is making me want to write even more, so the content will keep flowing, I promise :-)
