Twice a year the hard-working potters of Cape Town and the Western Cape gather together (professionals and amateurs alike) at Rondebosch Park for a colourful ceramics market.
Established way back in 1969, the Rondebosch Potters Market is coordinated by Ceramics SA, a non-profit organisation which strives to promote ceramic talent in South Africa. Local and country potters from the Western Cape come together at this event to sell their quality wares.
It’s great fun, with something for everyone (great for early Christmas shopping), and there are a few food stalls to sate your hunger whilst you shop.

When: Saturday 19 November 2011 (starts at 8am)
Where: Rondebosch Park, corner of Sandown and Camp Ground Rds.
Cost: Entry is free.
