  1. I recently started making ‘gourmet’ sausages using only organic/free-range meat. I flavour the sausage with natural spices and herbs. The sausage is 100% preservative free with no wheat or soya to bulk it up. I use as little fat as possible, although the fat is essential to the flavour and moisture of the sausage. I would like to bring you some samples and would appreciate your feed back. Below are some of the products I have developed

    Beef
Warthog with caramelized onion, sage and bacon
    Lamb with Moroccan spices
Pork with garlic, parsley and white wine
    Springbok / Kudu

I am constantly developing more recipes and will keep you updated with new products as soon as it is ready. Please feel free to contact me if you need any more information.

  2. Right now I am eating that sausage with pork meat, parsley and white wine. It is absolutely delicious.
I got a sample (a big one) from my friend Erna, who knows that since I came to South Africa I am in search of good pork meat and sausages, always hoping to rediscover the taste of my childhood.
Today, 17 years later, I found it. Congratulations on good work. I will definitively try to find Ian and will become his regular customer. Ciao!
