After a long, cold winter everyone in Franschhoek looks forward to the first day of spring. We’re a town that believes in celebrating and spring is definitely something worth celebrating.
To honor the beginning of this important, and much warmer, season we throw a town wide party. We’ve called this festival Franschhoek Uncorked. It’s a celebration of life and the perfect time for all the Valley’s highly esteemed wineries to showcase their new vintages and releases.
