Would ya look at this beauty? I found this delectable eggs benedict not at a fancy restaurant or cafe but at market! At the Earth Fair Market in Tokai, to be exact. Two eggs, perfectly poached, on top of a potato and onion rosti, crispy streaky bacon, topped with a hollandaise sauce. Add a glass of Avondale's biodynamic bubbly to the picture and you have, folks, what I consider a perfect Saturday morning! more
