Oxfam International and the Environmental Monitoring Group are inviting the people of Cape Town to attend two thought-provoking and informative hearings early next week. These events form part of the events scheduled across the globe in the build up to the United Nation’s Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, which will take place in December this year.
